Yep, its dubstepish/hip hop imo

Lots of people think Dubstep is just throwing wobble bass. matter of fact you don't need wobble. I like this track although it feels more hip hop influence but Joker TC seems hip hop influenced imo lol. Hmm.. sounds less like dubstep around 2:20 though Then comes back in later. Nonetheless its a good track.

I don't think newgrounds is ready for dirty dubstep or dnb. Pretty good track, I would some synths in the background with the wobble bass though.

Reminds me of Samurai Champloo

Pretty nice beat here. Reminds me of the beats Nujabes and Fat Jon made back in the day until one of them died. At the same time I feel like its missing something, but can't put my finger on it.

I hate to see a good submission and see it get zero bomb. Its stupid. Thats why I cant upload serious submissions on newgrounds.
I like the energy in this song. I would layer the snare with a snappier one to make it sound a little bit more snappy though. Brighten the high end of the kick a little.

Thanks for the kind words mate. I actually tamed the snare a bit, because it was far too snappy before. (almost to the point of being painful) I have mackie hr824mkii studio monitors and track sounded much better with the less sharp snares. Incidentally, the snare consists of four separate samples. All were pitched and adjusted (eq'd) separately, then layered. I might add just touch more high end though. And I agree completely with the

The intro really threw me off. I thought it was going to be completely laid back. It was a mix of smooth and roughness.

I know this song is old and I am not going to be picky about anything. I thought the song was sick. Anyone else who gave it a low score probably does not like drum n bass imo. I see you are doing a lot of house music are you done with DnB?

Dirty Sounds

the intro feels empty and needs to be filled with something. Like the effort to make nasty bass sound. A little bit repetative though.
