Techstep would go under dnb section. This doesnt sound like techstep to me thought. Its pretty slow to be techstep. Kemal & Rob Data(Konspiracy). Or The Sect -Tyrant.

Nice

I like the movement and composition. But there would be a few things I would change. I would make the snare a little bit more snappy. The bass muffles the punchy kick. Maybe eqing may help or sidechaining. Its pretty good.

eqing also and sidechaining is there already, but i need to redo my kick too
that could make it better already
Maybe i'll get some more sidechaining in there, but i need to see how it looks like, after i did all that points ;)

ol school hardcore

The mix sounds pretty good to me. I am no expert though. Sounds like a mix of hardcore/dance music. Something you will hear on streets of rage series. Ol school hardcore music is pretty cool I hear some clipping in the attack of the bass.

This is cool

This song was pretty nostalgic for some reason. Still room for improvement. My opinion. I think you could of added more hats or something in the background to give the beat more energy. Add a little beat hook every other bar. Could add a chorus around 1:20. Then add a You Its just little stuff. No complaints about you flow though.

Man I think I might make another track.

Thanks for not complaining about my flow. It was the only part of this track that I made myself. The beat was made by Wyze as was the first verse. But thanks for the input.

Hardstyle

I remember the first time I listened to hardstyle I was hooked, then somehow I became a dnb addict later. But this is pretty good stuff. I gave it a 5, but I am sorry that some people probably zero bombed you though. Probably because hardstyle in trance section = wtf lol.

From you previous songs I kind of like this one the best. I can't tell you what genre this is, Its a nice instrumental. I don't know how to help you with this song because it seems kinda solid. Its just a matter of the viewers opinion. Maybe try adding a little extra spice and effects once you master fruity loops which I dont use unfortunately.

Sick song

I respect your style and cant complain about anything. Actually I wonder if you have any tips on making a sick bass like that. Is this song mastered? I mean this is real dnb and most dnb songs on this site is a joke in comparison.

tips to making bass sounds like the womps: get 2 oscillators open, detune one by 7 cents and keep the other normal, i think for these i used a square wave and a sawrez wave but i forget, but then add distortion (if the plugin has distortion on it already it's a bonus) and route the LFO to the dist with an upwards saw wave. if you can, get your hands on rob papen subboombass, probably the best thing ive ever bought! you can try it out for free for like 30 days on robpapen.com. anything by rob papen will pretty much do the trick as far as making sounds like this, its just a question of getting to know your way round them!

and as for the comment about this being real dnb and most of the other stuff on here not being.. COMPLETELY agree, most of the stuff in this section sounds like fucking stupid presetty shit, i doubt most in here couldn't even work their way round the 3osc plugin on fruityloops rofl.

I think the reason it is scored so low is because of the samples/instruments you used. I think the idea and composition is alright, but the instruments isnt banging. I made lots of songs and trashed them after I listened to them a week later because the quality of my drums, samples, instruments just sound boring or weak.

Anyway thats my opinion. I think iam going to make another song now.

I like how you build up the intro. This is alright. I need to start working on transition myself. But I am more focused on trying to sound pro a moment.

it's not exactly built like a standard dnb-tune is built, but pretty close, with a long intro, a break, etc. it should be rather easy to mix in a set at least, which is the reason for the long intro.. thanks for the review!

Pretty good drum n bass

This is what people should kind of aim for in drum n bass on newgrounds. Fast paced dangerous movement, or laid back jazzy ambient is nice too.
The intro threw me off a little.
